However, due to the inherent nature of the internet, errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time. Accordingly, this website is provided As Is, without any warranties of any find as we do not accept liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information or interruption in availability.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that descriptions and specifications of our products within the website are correct. Whilst colour representation is a close representation we cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by computers and/or browsers.

Content Rights

The copyright and all other rights in the material on this website are owned by us or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. As a visitor to this website, you may download a single copy of the material for your own private viewing purposes only. No copying or distribution for any commercial or business use is permitted without our prior written consent.

The Site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. We will inform you of any changes to the advertised goods prior to despatch of such goods. If you are unhappy with these improved, altered or modified goods you may inform us within 7 days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. In order to receive a refund, the goods must be returned in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc. intact , together with your receipt. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging and tags until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods.

Whilst we try to display goods on our Site that are held in stock, if the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will be given the option of waiting for the item to be restocked, ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to couriers and other subcontractors).

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form the subject matter of your order. We may at our total discretion reject your order.

All drawings, specifications, sizes, photographs, descriptive matter and advertising published by us or contained on our Site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of these terms.


Nothing in these terms shall restrict or exclude any liability that we have to any party which cannot be excluded by law. These terms of use shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation with this website.

Damaged Goods

We take great care to ensure the quality of all our items however occasionally items are damaged in transit. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days and before wearing the item.

When an item is in stock, we always try ship it the same day - even if you order after 4pm!
If we don't have the item in stock we will order it from our suppliers and dispatch it to you the same working day we receive it.
If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will attempt to contact you to discuss the issue.
UK deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
If an item isn't available for us to order from a manufacturer immediately we will inform you when we expect it. We let you choose if you want to wait, order an alternative product or recieve a full refund.
Our prices for garments and shipping include VAT


Returning your unwanted purchase couldn't be easier. If the item doesn't fit or you've changed your mind and would like to send it back, just follow the instructions below and we will either arrange a refund or exchange for you.

Before Returning Your Item

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving it from us. Our shipments are always sent via signed for recorded delivery.
You must advise us accordingly via email before retutrning any item back for a return by emailing us at orders@menswearonline.co.uk.
You must return the garment in it's original, saleable condition with all the original tags in place.
We can only accept returns on unaltered and unworn garments.

How To Return

Enclose your original invoice/packaging slip along with a note giving the reason for the return or the exchange.
Package the garment safely & securely so that it cannot be damaged whilst in transit.

Please email notification to staff@menswearonline.co.uk to arrange a return of any items.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.

Delivery Charges For Returns

If you are returning an unwanted item or an item then we can not refund your delivery charges.
If your goods are damaged on arrival then we will refund your costs for returning the item.

About Your Refund

All items must be returned to us following the guidelines and conditions above before a refund or replacement is issued.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received complete and undergone a quality control check.

Refunds to you will normally be made within 5 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card excluding shipping charges unless faulty (please see above). International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

All exchanges are offered subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges.
